End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ryan Reyes ("Developer") for the use of the Assistant application ("Application") that integrates with QuickBooks Online.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for the purpose of managing your QuickBooks Online account data, including but not limited to transaction categorization, financial reporting, and account management.

2. Permitted Use

The Application is designed for personal and business use by the account holder. You may use it to:

• View and categorize transactions in your QuickBooks Online account
• Generate financial reports and summaries
• Automate routine bookkeeping tasks

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or share access to the Application
• Use the Application to access accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

4. Data Handling

The Application accesses your QuickBooks Online data via Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your credentials are never stored by the Application. Access tokens are stored securely and are used solely to perform actions you authorize. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by disconnecting the Application from your QuickBooks Online account. The Developer may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms.

8. Changes to This Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
